Phototuning 2D materials
Together with the Samorì group we have been able to modulate charge transport through 2D materials, notably WSe2 and black phosphorous, by turning charge trap levels for both holes and electrons on and off. This constitutes an important step towards optical storage, displays, and computing. The work has just been accepted in Advanced Materials.
