Photomodulation of charge injection
In our continued joint effort with the group of Paolo Samorì we have functionalized the electrodes in transistor devices with diarylethene monolayers and could demonstrate modulation of charge injection by light. The work will appear in a forthcoming issue of Advanced Materials.
