Friedrich Hirzebruch Prize for "K2"
Michael Peter Kathan has received the Friedrich Hirzebruch Dissertation Prize of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Scholarship Foundation) for Mathematics, Natural and Engineering Sciences for his research into new chemical concepts in which light energy is used as a tool, for example, to control the synthesis and material properties of plastics (link). Congratulations Micha aka "K2"!!!
