Aromaticity in push-pull systems

Yves and Tine could successfully exploit the dihydropyrene scaffold to probe the contribution of aromatic vs. quinoid structures in donor-acceptor systems. The work will be published in a forthcoming special issue on novel aromatic systems in ChemPlusChem.
